Begin your journey with a 15-minute hot stone sauna, designed to gently open your pores, soften the skin, and prepare your body for deep exfoliation. This warming ritual relaxes your muscles and enhances the effectiveness of the treatment to follow.

Next, enjoy a traditional Thai body scrub using one of our original exfoliating creams, specially imported from our accredited supplier in Thailand. Each formula is rich in natural ingredients and steeped in centuries of Thai spa tradition. The scrub is carefully chosen to suit your skin type and preferences.
The exfoliation process involves circular motions with moderate pressure to ensure that the skin is cleansed effectively. This is followed by long sweeping strokes and gentle kneading of the muscles, which helps to promote relaxation and improve circulation.
After the scrub, you'll step into our luxurious shower, rinsing away impurities and revealing fresh, radiant skin. To complete your treatment, I’ll apply a nourishing finishing oil or moisturiser, leaving you feeling fully renewed; body and soul.
